Paid bounties · opening soon

Every shop in the city is on the map. Claim them, sign them up, get paid.

Musika is Zimbabwe's marketplace. Recruiters walk into real shops, talk to the owner and upload the shop — photos, products, prices — so it can start selling online.

The bounty map on a phone: gold pins for shops that are up for grabs, with your claimed shops listed underneath
The bounty map

Your city, every shop, one screen.

We've already put hundreds of shops on the map from Google and OpenStreetMap — tuckshops, butcheries, hardware stores, phone shops. Gold pins are up for grabs. Green ones are yours. Grey ones are being worked by someone else. White ones are already on Musika.

Claim three at a time

Tap a gold pin and it's yours for 48 hours — nobody else can take it. Upload it or release it; after two days it quietly goes back to the pool.

Add the shops maps don't know

Tuckshops, market stalls, a kiosk by the bus stop. Drop a pin where you stand, name it, and it's on the map and claimed for you.

It's a race — a fair one

Live counts, a leaderboard per bounty, and duplicate checks so the first verified upload always wins.

How it works

Walk in, talk, upload. We check and pay.

  1. Step 1

Sign up and prove who you are

Create your account with your name, phone and email. Then verification: your ID document (national ID, passport or driver's licence), a selfie holding it, your date of birth, and where you live. Ops check everything and approve you, usually within a day. Bounties are only ever paid to a real, identified person.

The sign-up form: full name as on your ID, phone, email and a password
  2. Step 2

Claim shops on the map and go

Join the bounty for your city. Pick up to three gold pins near you — or drop your own for the tuckshop nobody has mapped — and tap Go for directions. Explain Musika to the owner: free listing, 2% commission, couriers handle delivery.

  3. Step 3

Upload the whole shop, at the shop

Five minutes with the owner: their name and phone, the exact address, two or more photos straight from your camera, and at least three products with prices. That list becomes the shop's starter catalogue when they join. Your phone's location is recorded as you submit.

The upload form filled in: shop, owner, address, photos and products with prices
  4. Step 4

    Get verified, get paid

Ops phone the owner and check the photos. Every shop's status and their notes appear in your list, updated live. Each bounty tier you reach is credited to your Musika wallet the moment the shop is verified — no invoices, no chasing.

Getting paid

Your money, in your own account.

Every reward you earn is credited to your Musika wallet as soon as ops verify the shop. Once 25 of your shops are verified, the Withdraw button unlocks and you ask for your money whenever you want it — all of it, or part.

  • Credited automaticallyHit 25 verified shops and $60 is in your wallet that minute. No invoice, no reminder, no waiting for month-end.
  • Paid where you bankEcoCash, OneMoney, Telecash, InnBucks or straight to a bank account. You choose when you sign up and can change it any time.
  • Tracked end to endEvery withdrawal shows its status, and when ops send it you get a notification with the transaction reference to check against your phone.
  • Only to youThe account has to be in your own name, matching the ID you verified with. That protects your bounty as much as it protects Musika.

What counts as a shop

A verified shop needs all of this.

  • A real trading premises or regular market stall you visited in person
  • The owner's (or manager's) name and a phone number they answer
  • The exact address — picked from the map, or stand number, suburb and landmark
  • At least two photos taken by you: the shopfront with its sign, and inside
  • At least three products with real prices in USD
  • The owner's agreement to be listed and contacted by Musika

How we verify

Honest recruiters have nothing to worry about.

  • We phone every ownerBefore a shop counts, ops call the number you gave and confirm the shop, the owner and that they agreed.
  • The app records where you wereYour phone's location is captured when you submit. Submissions far from the shop's pin get extra scrutiny.
  • Duplicates are caught automaticallySame phone number, same shop nearby, or a shop that's already selling on Musika — flagged instantly, never paid twice.
  • Payouts go to a real personYour ID, selfie and address are matched to the mobile-money number we pay. Invented shops end the account and forfeit the bounty.

Installs like an app, works on mid-range Android, copes with patchy signal, and updates live as ops review your shops.

Questions

When do I get paid?

Each bounty tier you reach is credited to your Musika wallet straight away. Once 25 of your shops are verified you can request a withdrawal to your own EcoCash, OneMoney, Telecash, InnBucks or bank account — ops send it within a few days and you get a notification with the reference.

What if a shop is rejected?

It doesn't count, and you'll see why in the app (wrong number, couldn't confirm, duplicate). If ops just need more information you can add photos or a note and it goes back into review.

What happens to a shop I claimed but couldn't visit?

Nothing bad. After 48 hours it goes back to the pool for someone else. You can also release it early from the map.

Can I recruit outside the bounty city?

Each bounty is for one city. Shops elsewhere are flagged as outside the area and won't count towards it. New cities open as bounties.

Does the shop pay anything?

No. Listing is free. Musika takes a small commission on sales made through the marketplace, and couriers deliver the orders.

What ID do I need?

A Zimbabwean national ID, a passport or a driver's licence — or another government-issued ID if that's what you have. You'll also give your date of birth, home address and a selfie holding the document. We keep this private and only use it to verify you or, in cases of fraud, to assist the authorities.

Can two recruiters submit the same shop?

The first verified submission wins. Claims on the map stop you working the same shop at the same time, and the app checks the owner's phone number and nearby shops with similar names.

Still deciding? Start your application — you can stop at any point, and nothing counts until you upload your first shop.
